Amiga lowering A1200 prices : Comment 15 of 21ANN.lu

It's about time, considering the price on a A1200 was 299 usd sans hard drive
when C= went bust. The machine should have been re-introduced at that price when escom took over. Instead, we spent 4 years paying to dollar for an 8 year old computer. It would have been nice to pick up an A1200 in 95 new for this new price, they would have sold a ton of them. Come on, there's got to be a way to produce these thing inexpensivley.
The funny thing is I'll stil buy one.
But.. you guys want to see the ultimate deal,
A $99 computer the size of a small pizza box, 200mghtz 32 meg, Linux/QNX capable PC with 10 inch lcd color monitor, keyboard, ide controller, usb, printer port, keyboard port and 56 k modem
