That makes me wonder if Amiga Inc sold it's rights to AmigaOS, to Hyperion. Any other solution would be voidable by bankrupcy court. Does AmigaOS belong to Hyperion and we just don't know yet?

Even that would be voidable by the court depending on when it occurred. There was a long thread (ok arguement) about this between Ben & I on the bunny, that came down too, even if the contract was voided by bankruptcy (as in my experience they usually are), Ben believed MAI would lend them money to buy Amiga Incs assets, and MAI was much larger then Thendic. I found that funny, because if an IP and license I needed were to go on sale, Thendic isnt the first company I would be worried about acquiring it. And frankly MAI as a publically traded company, isnt likely to give alot of money to buy Amiga Incs ashes.
