Where's KMOS? How come they arn't coming forward and speaking to us? It's been a year and they've said nothing. Why is Amiga Inc doing all the talking like "KMOS will honor all contracts" for them, why doesn't KMOS say this themselves? it doesn't matter what Amiga Inc say, as they don't own the OS anymore, I want to hear from the horses mouth!

So... where's KMOS? : Comment 81 of 115 | ANN.lu |
Posted by EyeAm on 19-Mar-2004 21:55 GMT | One thing I want to know: Is there anything in that sale/agreement/purchase of the Amiga OS that prevents it from being sold to another company--say, one with a lot of money? :) Could KMOS (if they're real) sell it?
Also, IF this scheme is an attempt to wiggle out of legal sanctions, I hope those at Amiga get caught for doing it.
Less than one month from now marks ten years since Commodore went bankrupt. Not much has come out of 'Amiga' since then.
I guess Amigans have another year to wait before KMOS sells everything back to Amiga; or 'Amiga Inc.' goes bankrupt, and KMOS turns into Amiga, Inc.; or some other such slight-of-hand shell game-esque announcement.
Just remember: NOW they're saying 'late this year' for Amiga OS 4.0. One can easily construe 2004, so write it down :) (again).
This all just smells like organized crime, doesn't it?
