I´ve tried several PDAs and Palm is the most interesting one. Great display, small size, long battery life, very fast, HUGE amount of applications... You really CAN do (almost) everything with it.
I think office documents can be read with any modern PDA.
But if people love windows & MS apps, then they better buy Pocket PC...
