Amithlon into VP code? It seems like I have read that other programs
have been compiled "in several hours" to VP code. Wouldn't this
approach give us an Amiga OS running "everwhere" now?"
Although AROS is making good progress, it isn't ready for use as a
working OS yet.
It probably could be compiled to run on the DE player, but there
doesn't seem nuch point in running AROS on top of DE on top of
Linux/Windows right now. Amithlon and XL are simpler solutions.
AROS doesn't have its own 68k emulator. |
