I had a very bad day and morons like you don't make it any better. You know
exactly while there is a difference between Copying and distribution there is
also one between legal and illegal distribution. You call it a joke, but I felt
my blood pressure raising VERY high when I read such idiotic nonsense. And no, for me the "fun" in the Amiga Community has stopped for me since quite some while. Why do all those morons bite the hand which feeds them ? I just have enough of all of this crap. Sorry, if I am a bit agitated, but got some - not Amiga related - bad news today. Okay, I should tell myselves for every moron there are 9 decent persons. But sometimes I have to wonder if there is one decent person for every 9 morons instead.
And you did not even supply a real email address or Pseudo, so that I could have replied in private! Coward!

I did not distribute any copies. I gave out Beta versions. This is a difference. If the GPL-people don't like this they better should make a new
version of the GPL which says this in other words. I am so sick of people wanting to "keep the spirit of the GPL". Contracts have no spirit. They have exact worded regulations. With all those GPL-fanatics making me angry I will give the GPL as much as it demands and not a single thing later, following the regulation to the word, but not a single word more.
And yes, Quake 2 Source Code will be available once the game is finished, but not a single second earlier.
