Sendo today confirmed that it has filed a suit against Microsoft in a US federal suit, accusing the software giant of stealing its technology and customers. --The Register

Microsoft did the very same thing to GO Inc. who developed a predecessor to Microsoft's "new" tablet PC about ten years ago. Both parties had signed non-disclosure agreements, but Microsoft obviously didn't take this very serious. In fact, Microsoft send a couple of employees to GO Inc. for no other purpose but to fully analyze their technology. Once Microsoft had the information they wanted, all comunication with GO Inc. was stopped...
Just a few years later, GO Inc. was no more. |
