Sendo Sues Microsoft : Comment 30 of 59ANN.lu

In reply to Comment 23 (dammy):
There are many people here in the U.S. who find that our legal system
has become more and more ridiculous, and more and more in favor of money
rather than justice. Do you pay any attention at all to what goes on here?
In fact, there's been a growing trend lately of bypassing the whole judge/
jury/lawyer thing and going to arbitration instead. Personally I'm not
entirely in favor of that, since the judge/jury/lawyer thing does have
something to recommend it, at least when it works and hasn't been
destroyed by money. But it's understandable that people have become
increasingly frustrated by a failing system and try something else.
Try not to let silly pride blind you, and understand that our country
can be legitimately criticized even by people who don't live here. I
will certainly defend it as necessary, but not in this case.
