I don't know if you can make such a tagitem extension without
creating something messy. I would simply make the rule that
such "big" values need to passed by reference. Ie. instead
of
{GA_Gravity, 1.0}
you do
double gravity = 1.0;
{GA_Gravity, &gravity).
Kinda already happens with string attributes (if boopsi class not just
saves pointer, but also copies contents to internal buffer). |
