"Get a designer to do a decent site , thats horrid."
Horrid is a pretty strong word for a site that essentially does what it's supposed to do with no major breakdowns. True, there are problems with the text (I really suspect the author is not a native English speaker; if he is, he should find somebody to proofread his copy) and the site is clearly a work in progress, but it could be (and often is) much worse.
Obviously, some people here (slight understatement) are strongly biased so nothing short of the w3c homepage would meet their high standards (and then that page would be "too dull" or something). So this is all very predictable, and dispensable. But I imagine after all the (deserved) criticism Amiga, Inc. gets for its web pages, turnabout is fair play. Try to come up with something more specific, though, if you want to label a website "horrid." Just looks like sour grapes/raw partisanship otherwise.
