This isn't some new feature introduced last year, it's in HTTP 1.0 even if half the Amiga web browsers don't support it (they don't support other i18n features either). It's even common sense - your preferred language doesn't change much whether you are reading Google or Slashdot, ANN or LiveJournal. So the web browser can take care of finding it out, and you can avoid clicking on stupid flag icons (which are a horrible UI mistake anyway) in most of the sites you visit. |
