yes, but there are thousands available, much more than the current number of A1+Pegasos users. And the userbase would increase a lot for both OSes.

Some developers who don't want to buy new hardware may port their apps to MOS/OS4 if these versions were available.

And the money already has been invested and OS4 on the CS-PPC should be quite finished (and MOS on blizzardPPC too). A different problem is that Bill Buck doesn't give any buck to the programmers so they don't want to release their work yet.
