"It saddens me greatly to announce that, effective today, any of my Amiga-related software development has been mothballed indefinitely. This means that, pending any unexpected developments, there won't be any "Amithlon v2" (aka "Berniethlon"), nor any further support or add ons for "Amithlon v1" by me."

First, read the GPL. It states quite clearly that the FSF are not the GPL police. They are responsible for the terms of the GPL, not for enforcing it.
However, please feel free to contact them. Since you are the person making the accusation it falls to you to take whatever appropriate action you think necessary to extract retribution. Personally, I would dearly LOVE to see you contact the FSF and I would truly appreciate seeing their response.
We've been through all this crap before, and you said you were not interested in finding out the truth, because somehow the FAQ is all the prrof you need. 'nuff said. |
