4 New Filings in the Thendic Electronics, et al v. Amiga Inc Case : Comment 76 of 250 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Bill Hoggett on 22-Dec-2003 01:55 GMT | In reply to Comment 74 (samface): Samface, I'm sorry but you're just waffling.
"According to Fleecy Moss" says it all.
Amiga Inc does NOT own AmigaOS4, not in part and not in full, until they have paid up the pre-arranged fee to Hyperion. The rest is a pile of BS, and deserves no credence whatsoever. Fleecy's claims are always 60% fluff and 40% BS.
I'll take Ben Hermans' claim of who owns the IP in AmigaOS4 over Fleecy's any day.
Amiga Inc are not involved with the technical decision making or the feature set for a simple reason. They don't have anyone in their company with the technical ability to understand what would be discussed in such meetings. That, and the fact that Amiga Inc haven't existed as a coherent company for over a year now.
You can whine and complain all you like, but I have as much respect for your presentation of "truth" in these matters as a I have for Rich Woods' claim that he is only motivated by the desire for justice. |
