Letting the World Know : Comment 14 of 216 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Robert on 20-Nov-2002 07:59 GMT | Aw, dry your eyes, the lot of you! :)
This is, IMHO, a very psoitive announcement.
The fact that it is a joint statement from the three
firms makes it much more 'real' in my eyes.
But all I see here so far is people throwing their rattles
and various other assorted kiddy toys out of their prams.
According to this, you will, in a few months time, be able to go along
to a *mainstream* computer show and, for the first time in many years,
*buy* a new Amiga. IDGAS whether you *consider* it to be 'Amiga' or not.
Fact is, *it* is. And people will be able to buy them. It may not be ideal
but it's the as good as things have been since C= went bust. Bring it on...
