Say who ? I thought it was already said: We do want to support the Pegasos board. It's firmly planned. Unfortunately, we haven't received a developer board yet, but if we ever get one, OS4 will run on the Pegasos.

They don't really *replace* the workbench, they are compatable with workbench's API, also, Dopus still requires the rest of the AOS to run
>Like you can see, it's not all black and white... it's easy to come up with >tons of examples of software that supposedly would be illegal too.
I see your point, but i disagree on your examples, Dopus is not comparable to MOS, as it's more an extention to the OS, not a replacement (although it replaces a part of it), there is probably alot of software out there that *IS* ilegal, but that doesn't mean they'll get sued, just look at the legislation around bussiness names, if i wanted to i could start a shop & call it eg Amiga, it would be legal, however, if Amiga Inc were to notice, and complain about it, i'd have to change my name, but if Ainc thinks that it doesn't matter, i wouldn't have to change my name (i hope i'm making any sense ^_^)
The problem with MOS is that it's hunting for the same customer base, and thus it's more likely to get on Ainc's radar, and therefor vurnable to possible lawsuits.
If MOS were to use AOS1.3 Ainc would probably not bother

I hope so, because if they do they'll most likely be sued

Maybe because the threat MOS posed at that moment wasn't big enough to bother?

I suppose, but Lindows did get a lawsuit due to it's name iirc ;)
